Alcona Historical Society

The mission is to protect and preserve the historic sites of Alcona County. This group operates and maintains the Sturgeon Point Lighthouse located north of Harrisville on Lake Huron.

Bailey School, a one-room school, is located on the grounds. A gift shop is also on the grounds. Open to the public May through October.
